TERMS &CONDITIONS

Please read all the terms and conditions carefully before making any payment. Upon receiving the 50% deposit from the client, the client is deemed agreeable to all terms and conditions.​

• Booking will only be confirmed when an initial non-refundable 50% deposit of the total service fee has to be transferred to JMMAKEUPSG bank account.

• The client who makes full deposit payment will get the priority of the booking.

• All balance payment has to be paid in cash upon job completion.

• In the event when deposit had been given and the time slot had been confirmed and there is a change in date, postponement of the event date, changes to a new date will be subjected to JMMAKEUPSG availability. If the artist not available, the deposit will be forfeited.

• If the booking is canceled. Therefore, we regret that all payments received are strictly non-refundable/transferrable.

• For every accessory loaned, a deposit of SGD 100 will be required. The deposit will be fully refundable upon receiving the accessory in its original condition.

• The deposit will be forfeited and full payment of the cost price of the hair accessory will be chargeable for failure to comply with this condition. 

• We only accept a return of hair accessories via Registered mail within the 5 working days from your wedding date.

• If accessories are received via regular mail, SGD50 will be forfeited.

• If accessories are damaged or lost through regular mail, the full sum deposit will be forfeited.

• Above packages are for the year 2020
• Prices are subjected to change.
